The Losers Are Awesome!

So I recently saw the movie The Losers [4/18/2010; 6.30pm] staring Chris Evans, Columbus Short, Idris Elba, Zoe Saldana, Jeffery Dean Morgan, and Oscar Jaenada; and that is truly a great cast. I don't wanna go into detail about it but I am gonna predict to be an unknown bombshell, that'll have everyone happy they saw it, even if they saw it just for the hell of it. Chris Evans is hilarious, he's just as funny if not funnier than his Johnny Storm  persona. I fell in love with his witty and not so witty comments throughout the movie. Columbus Short is truly making a name for himself, he out did himself in this movie [in my eyes at least]. Idris Elba, though in a small familiar role did just spectacular in his, it was as if the role was written for him. Zoe was fabulous she was wonderful; I always like watching her acting cause she makes me feel like the character is real. She brought her character off the screen, you go girl. Jeffery, to be honest I actually can't remember ever hearing anything about him [as is Oscar], but that didn't matter he kept up with everyone else on screen, just glorious; I'm glad that he had the role; if anyone else had had that role I don't think the movie would've been as complete. He was on piont every step of the way. And last but definitely not the end for the amazing cast list is Oscar, god he's cute. I fell for his looks before taking notice to his acting skills, and they're damn good. The dude was sweet, aside from keeping up, he even had his own aura throughout the movie, I could never look away when his parts came up, I would normally check out the graphics and set when I became uninterested, but this time that wasn't the case, him and the rest of the cast gave me no time for that. In fact if you asked me now, all I can say is that the actors did good. They're were captivating. Andy Diggle you did good too, cause there'd be no good actors with out the writers, and I must applaud your writing. I bow *bow bow* to you-just amazing.

Now the movie story, I'll let you Google, or Wiki the plot/storyline, I'm gonna talk about the fact that it was really good, I can't even describe it; the movie redeemed my whole weekend. To be honest it was a tie or even better than my ball. The story leaves you laughing yes, but caught up in the twist and little quirks portrayed by the actors on the screen. Peter Berg, and James Vanderbilt [the screenplay writers] did an outstanding job. I haven't been this caught up in a movie in a while. I swear a smile was plastered on my face the whole time. To tell the truth I'll probably have this movie in my DVD/Blu Ray player for about a week or two. I even wanna see again on it's true debut. The twists had me geeked, as did your actions scenes, god it was awesome. I hope you both'll be collaborating again in the future for another smile-bustin' movie. I loved it.

It's a must watch and a definite buy when it come to the disc. 7 out of 10, I docked a point because I love Idris Elba [so i guess it's really an 8] *Picture found on Bing*

Oh Jay Park

So Park Jaebeom's now got a YouTube page, and he does covers of liked songs, as well as some dance videos. So far he's got a 'Nothing On You' cover, and now a 'Can't Take My Eyes Of f of You'. I personally like his little covers, they make me smile. With only three vids, adn about a milllion views per vid, good going, and keep it up, if it's something you like.

Rexrowdee

There's another DJ on the block, watch out DJ Masa [I still love you thought] you've got more competition. The Disc Jockey has alreadt remixed After School's third single Bang twice; one with Led Zrplin, the Pink Mix, and one with a clubin' beat to it, know as the Blu Mix. He's even done two of my favorites: Tae Yang's Wedding Dress and 2NE1's Try To Copy Me featuring a littlle Lil'Jon voice over action, I love dancing to it. Lollipop Pt, 2 by Big Bang is another remixed song under his belt. We're looking forward to seeing you remixing more songs.

Hey DJ Masa I know that not even half the year has passed but could you do a mashup of the current songs out now, i've been cravin' one for awhile, but I can undertsand if oyu wanna wait awhile for everyone that's coming back to make a complete comeback. I Love you DJ Masa!

SLC Update

So well I was thinking it'd be cool to have a show-but we're still just a newsletter that is having dificulties staying in ink. so the Tv/Web Show's on hold, and we'll be coming bakc with a SLC comeback issue. It'll feature some things we meant to inlcude way before, like Staff Profiles, even givign every staff memeber their own blog, re-attempting twitter. Bear with us as we try to climb the ladder of the internet world. We're looking forward to seeing and gaining our own magazine in the future, help us by spreading the word about us as well keep hitting us up, we're giving a limited promise of not moving again.

Resident Evil: Afterlife

Today my favorite show ATOS [Attack of the Show] showed teh preview for REsident Evil: Afterlife, and it looks promising, we know the thought that's going through your mind 'Do they really need another one?' Well to be entirly honset we're not really sure, but we do know that this one looks to be the climax of the thought trilogy. Alice sports a darker look, as well as gaining new allies, that I'm guessing adapted the virus, and made it there own. Even Heroes own Ali Larter [Obessed] shows up in the dark look as well. We're hoping for the best, it's Coming Soon, (September 10).

Unfortunately there's no way to provide you all with the video since it was an AOTS exclusive [and we don't wanna be drowned in leagl suits], so you're gonna have to wait unless you knew and waited like we did. Our advice find another source to see it; to add to the sadness it claims to fall into the 3D trend; so when you get there, like us you'll have to decide if it's worth the extra 'D'. [Like some movie out there, starts with an 'A' ends in an 'R', ugh so bad, in 3D]

People We'd Like To See Comeback

Music Wise:
Dynamic Duo for one, they not only had the hip-hop, rap feel down but they were exceedingly good at producing hits as well as smashing stage performances. It'd be nice to see them comeack this year along side Rain, Lee Hyori and 2NE1 [hopefully].
Anther group that's been on alot of peoples' minds is Big Bang, though they have come out with another Lollipop CF it's ont totally garunteed that they'll be releaseing or even colaborating fro another album; sad but true, it's up in the air. [Even solo albums would be enoughto satisfy us, G Dragon, and Tae Yang]
Epik High was on the list but tey deserve a break, they've done over several albums non-stop have a nice break Tablo, and Mithra, and come back with even more power, I'm looking forward to it.

Acting Wise:
Rain [Bi], he did really good as an assassin, in the movie Ninja Assassin, as did Lee Joon, so we'd like to see him back on the big screen as well.
Van Ness Wu, was fucking spactacular in Autumn's Concerto, I was so wrapped up in it, to do work Jiinx had to take away my computer, and I hand wrote a lot of  my articles, so emabarasing :P
We wouldn't mind seeing Show Lou, back on the mini screen, we haven't heard of him comingout with anything so we' added him; we miss his cute comedic acting, it was espacially great in Hi My Sweetheart, when he acted with one of my favorite female actors, Rainie Yang, I hope she comes bakc as well.
Oh the gorgeous Kingone Wang, and Mike He, who wouldn't wanna see them at thier ouse on tier television-oh come on, i know i would. The last time i saw Kingone, was when he was playing a baddie on Black &White, which was awsome by the way, i loved all teh actors in that and wouldn't mind seeing Vic Zhou back on thescreen.
Li Ji Ah was another wonderful woman who we wanted ot see weekly, she did fabulous in Style, as did Lee Yong Woo, but we'd like to see her more, than in a mini drama on Telecinema.

Hopefully they find a way.
Just some of our, mostly mine, opinions. It'd make me very happy to see my favorites on the screen again.
Pus through 2010 everyone :]
